We offer a 7-day full refund on Pro Student annual subscriptions. If you are not satisfied within 7 days of purchase, email us at hello@magdalenelab.in with your order ID and we will process a full refund within 5 business days.
After 7 days, subscriptions are non-refundable as full access to all content is granted immediately upon payment.
School licence refunds are handled case-by-case. Please contact us before purchasing if you have questions about suitability for your institution.
