We offer a 7-day full refund on Pro Student annual subscriptions. If you are not satisfied within 7 days of purchase, email us at info@robograde.in with your order ID and we will process a full refund within 5 business days.
After 7 days, subscriptions are non-refundable as full access to all content is granted immediately upon payment.
School licence refunds are handled case-by-case. Please contact us before purchasing if you have questions about suitability for your institution.
Approved refunds are processed via Razorpay back to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–7 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
